A broadly stretched myriad of gyrating wheels produce sudden sounds of clanging steel, as loosely perched metal rods crash down whenever a particular wheel finds its rotational zenith. One's eyes dash back and forth, vainly trying to catch a glimpse of a sound whose appearance in itself is a reminder that the moment has already passed. The work demonstrates the delicate ballet of perceptions and reactions that constitutes the relationship we have to our surroundings, a dance whose enchanting rhythm often is obscured by the humdrum of everyday life.
